- The approved English name of your company, if any, as shown in the CR, on your website or in earlier contracts
- Partners’ and managers’ names as spelled in their passports
- A description of the activity, if you already use an English wording with clients
We then keep this glossary and use it for every later order from your company.
Electronic CRs and QR codes
Commercial registrations are now issued electronically with a QR verification code. We translate the printout or PDF as it is and note the verification code where it appears, so the receiving party can match the translation to the original.
