Certified Legal & Contract Translation in Jeddah
Jeddah runs on trade, ports and religious tourism, and its contracts move daily between Arabic, English and other languages: a supply agreement with a factory in Asia, a partnership with a foreign investor, a services contract for Umrah travellers with an agent abroad, a power of attorney a resident needs to manage affairs back home. Legal translation in Jeddah is not about moving words; it moves obligations and rights that may be read before a court or an official authority. At Almadani Translation’s Jeddah branch we produce certified, stamped and signed translations of legal documents, reviewed clause by clause by a second translator, with a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Hajj and Umrah sector contracts
Jeddah is the gateway to Makkah and Madinah, and many hospitality, transport and religious-tourism companies here contract with agents and tour operators outside the Kingdom. We translate service agreements between companies and their agents, accommodation, catering and transport contracts, and framework agreements with overseas partners, from and into languages such as English, Urdu, Indonesian, Turkish and French. We translate these contracts as written; the regulatory terms they must contain are set by the competent authorities, such as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and are best reviewed with your adviser. For these companies’ articles and commercial registration, see commercial registration and company document translation.
How we handle legal text
One term, one translation
If “first party”, “force majeure” or “indemnity” appears in clause three, it appears with the same translation in clause thirty. We build a glossary for every long contract before we start.
Figures, amounts and periods
Amounts are carried over in figures and words as written, and periods and deadlines exactly, with no rounding. The second translator checks these elements alone in a separate pass.
We do not fix the contract
If we find a contradiction or error in the original, we translate it as it stands and tell you in a separate message, because editing legal text is not the translator’s role.
Recognised legal wording
We use terms established in Saudi regulations when translating into Arabic, and settled legal equivalents in the other language when translating out of it, avoiding literal renderings that lose the meaning.
Confidentiality
Contracts carry prices, partner names and terms that must not leak. We sign a non-disclosure agreement with you on request and limit access to the translator and reviewer.
